What payment methods does NeatNest LLC offer?We accept the following payment options; Cash, Debit/ Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. We accept all major credit card providers.

Do you offer discounts?Yes all customers will receive 20% off their first cleaning. We also provide discounts for contracts with our clients, ask about our cleaning contract incentives!

Are you open on Sundays?Yes we are open on Sunday's to take calls and appointments for free estimates! We are on the job Monday through Friday!

Do you provide outdoor cleaning services?We provide cleaning services for light cleaning, tidying up, and organizing of small outdoor areas connected to the home. For example, removing cobweb, spiderwebs, and debris from the front patio and cleaning the outside glass door and accessible windows. This in not part of our routine service and must be requested from the customer!

Is there a cancellation fee for changing cancelling or rescheduling an appointment?No, we do not charge a fee for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. However, we do ask the client to please provide at least a 24-hour notice before making changes to their appointment.

What is a deep clean?Our in-depth deep clean consists of refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, microwave cleaning, and a top to bottom approach for all rooms! This include door and trim cleaning, scrubbing of showers and tubs, wiping down furniture, cleaning windows, vent cleaning (outside), and much more! Schedule a free estimate today!

What is a standard cleaning or general cleaning?Standard and general cleanings include regular light house cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dishes, and laundry. We will also tidy up all rooms, empty waste baskets, make beds, and more.

How far do you travel for cleaning services?We mainly provide cleaning services in Durham, Wallingford, and North Haven but generally travel about 30 minutes in each direction from our main office in Wallingford! If you have any questions feel free ton reach out via phone or email!

How often should I schedule a deep clean for my home?We recommend a deep clean at least once every six months to maintain a fresh and healthy home environment. However, if you have pets or young children, you may benefit from more frequent deep cleans such as 3-4 times per year!

Do you offer carpet cleaning, and how is it done?We provide professional carpet cleaning to remove dirt, allergens, and most stains. Our method uses high quality cleaning solutions that are safe for all types of carpets. We do not shampoo carpets, but rather use a cleaning method called HWE (Hot Water Extraction) in addition to the use of proper cleaning solutions.

How long does it take to clean a typical home?Cleaning times vary based on the size and condition of your home. On average, routine cleaning takes 1-3 hours, while deep cleaning may take 3-6 hours, or more in some severe cases.

Do you work with pets such as dogs and cats?Yes we do work with pets and are happy to clean up after every and off of your furry friends!

Do you clean fish/ reptile tanks?We will dust around the tanks, lighting, filters, etc., as well as cleaning the outside surface of tanks (glass, acrylic, plastic). We do not clean any areas that are mesh, or where there is direct air access to the animal.

Are consultations free?Yes, consultations are generally 15-20 minutes and are completely free of charge.

How long is a consultation?Consultations are generally between 15 and 30 minutes. During this time our team will go over services, cleaning areas in the house, price, and customer preferences.

Payments Accepted
Customers can pay in person via cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. These payments are due upon the completion of each job. We also accept all major credit and debit cards. These payments can be made online via an emailed invoice and paid within 24 hours after the completion of the job.
Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens and sometimes you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Just give us a call at least 24-hours beforehand, or at the earliest convenience, and let us know!
